La cuisson lente et prolong\u00e9e permet d'obtenir un sugo \u00e9pais et aromatique. Assaisonn\u00e9 selon d'anciennes recettes et affin\u00e9 avec des herbes, des l\u00e9gumes, des champignons, de la viande et du poisson, il en r\u00e9sulte un sugo italien authentique et savoureux. Naturellement conserv\u00e9s avec du sel, nos sugo ne n\u00e9cessitent aucun agent de conservation artificiel.
