Produced according to old recipes passed down through generations, with simple ingredients: a dough made from flour, water, salt and olive oil, optionally flavoured with herbs, olives, onions and sesame seeds. They are dry-baked with plenty of olive oil and are perfect for dipping in crostini spreads or simply eating on their own.<\/p>\n<p>Traditional, hand-moulded and world-famous for the following characteristics: simplicity, authenticity, genuineness.
