Our sea salt is washed, centrifuged and then dried in special ovens at a temperature of around 220° Celsius to remove impurities and most of its moisture. A coarse sea salt rich in minerals from the salt pans of Sicily, flavoured and coloured with lemon peel and vegetable colouring from lemons.
