Our chocolate kisses are a variation of the "bacio di dama", a typical Piedmontese product. It is said that they are so called because they consist of two pastry shells covered in dark chocolate, reminiscent of two lips about to kiss. In our version, IGP hazelnuts and cocoa are added.
